Synopsis
Mahinder is found dead in the basement of his ice cream parlour with burnt hands. On further investigation, cops come across a room where drugs are being processed. CID have to find out not just the murder weapon but also bust the racket.

In the television episode titled Raaz Paani Mein Jale Haatho Ka from the first season of C.I.D., a man named Mahinder is found dead in the basement of his ice cream parlour. When the cops investigate the crime scene, they discover that Mahinder's hands are burnt. Further investigation by the officers leads them to uncover a hidden room where drugs are actively being processed. Following this discovery, the members of the C.I.D. team are tasked with a dual objective. They must determine the murder weapon used to kill Mahinder while simultaneously working to bust the illegal drug racket operating out of the parlour premises.
