In C.I.D. season one, episode six hundred fifty-two, titled Coffin Rakshak Ka Rahasya, a group of property dealers decides to sell an old abandoned inn. While attempting to sell the property, the dealers are suddenly shot dead by mysterious assailants. Despite the deadly attack, one property dealer manages to survive the shooting and promptly contacts C.I.D. for help.

Upon arriving at the location, the C.I.D. team begins searching the old abandoned inn. During their search, the team discovers an empty coffin. Upon further investigation, the officers determine that the coffin previously contained a dead body that is now missing. The episode follows the team as they work to solve the case, raising the central questions of whether the C.I.D. team will be able to catch the shooters responsible for the attack on the property dealers, and whether they will successfully find out what happened to the missing dead body from the coffin.
