Synopsis
An investigation into Sheetal's murder leads them to a serial killer on the run. The infamous Red Rose killer gets critically injured in the altercation but refuses that he killed Sheetal. He agrees to all his murders but says he wasnt's the one who killed Sheetal. So who was it that killed Sheetal? Only ACP Pradyuman and his team can find out.

Season one, episode four hundred sixteen of C.I.D., titled Red Rose Killer, follows an investigation into the murder of Sheetal. The inquiry leads the team to a serial killer who is currently on the run, known as the infamous Red Rose killer. During the subsequent altercation, the suspect sustains critical injuries.
Although the criminal admits to and agrees with all of his previous murders, he firmly refuses and denies that he was the one who killed Sheetal. While he confesses to his other crimes, he insists that someone else is responsible for this specific death. This leaves the investigators with a central mystery to solve regarding the true identity of the perpetrator. Only ACP Pradyuman and his team can find out who really killed Sheetal.
