Synopsis
Someone is going around kidnapping women from a set of a TV series. The bodies of these women soon turn up, half eaten. With no idea who's behind this atrocity, CID send one of their officers undercover to find out who this man-eater is.

In this episode of C.I.D., titled Man Eater Part 1, a series of disturbing crimes takes place on the set of a television series. Someone begins kidnapping women from the production set, and the victims soon turn up dead with their bodies half eaten.
Faced with this atrocity and having no idea who is behind the horrific acts, the C.I.D. team decides to take direct action. To uncover the identity of the man-eater, the department sends one of their own officers undercover directly into the environment where the abductions are occurring. The episode sets up the investigation as the undercover officer works to infiltrate the situation and find the perpetrator responsible for the killings before anyone else can be taken from the television set.
