Synopsis
Mrinal encounters a strange-looking man in a jungle who claims to be a spirit and is looking for his killer. He asks him for help but he runs for his life and dies. CID arrives at the crime site and finds only half the body of Mrinal.

In the season one episode of C.I.D. titled Khauffnaak Laash, Mrinal encounters a strange-looking man in a jungle. This man claims to be a spirit and states that he is looking for his killer. He asks Mrinal for help, but Mrinal runs for his life and dies. Following this, the C.I.D. team arrives at the crime site to investigate. Upon their arrival, the team finds only half the body of Mrinal.
