KA WING tries to persuade KA HO but KA HO refuses to return the diskette. Fight develops and KA HO is being killed. KA WING is frightened and runs away. On the other side, FONG LING is still waiting for KA HO at the airport. She thinks KA HO changes his mind and thus she leaves Hong Kong alone unhappily. KIU CHING urges KA WING to surrender the diskette. KA WING thinks the diskette was burnt altogether with KA HO. He takes this chance to compel KIU CHING to surrender his authority. HO NAM hears their conversation and becomes very discontent with KA WING. Conflicts arise between them. YUK BING's couple commiserate their son's death and .totally trust KA WING's story that KA HO died in a traffic accident. GEl ZEE looks after YUK BING carefully which improves their relationship.
