Commander Huxtable has been suspended. Det. Supt. Clark is determined to discover why his lover, W.P.C. Jenny Dean, committed suicide, but his enquiries lead back to C.I.B. Finally, he confronts an unexpected enemy aboard H.M.S. Belfast.
