Overview
The film Band Together is set in a small seaside town. A tragic event has had a lasting impact on the community. Two years after the sinking of a fishing boat, the town is still feeling the effects. In an effort to move forward, members of the rondalla, a traditional Galician music band, decide to reunite. The rondalla's decision to get back together is motivated by a desire to recover their enthusiasm and leave their grief behind. The sinking of the fishing boat had a profound effect on the town, and the band's reunion is a step towards healing and recovery. The film appears to explore the town's journey towards recovery and the role that the rondalla plays in this process. The story is driven by the band's endeavour to come together and find a way to move forward.
