BILL attacks `Ming Tai' stock. HANG and TIM immediately return to Hong Kong. TIM suggests to make use of `Ming Tai`s` subsidiary, `Ming Kai`, to issue shares so as to procure enough capital to attack `Ming For`. Consequently, BILL really abandons `Ming Tai` so as to save `Ming For`. TIM meets YIN. YIN finds that TIM only talked about work. YIN asks TIM not to pressure himself to be with her. TIM explains that he needs time. LAI announces to return `Li Tin` to TIM. TIM is glad. TIM invites KEUNG back to `Li Tin`. KEUNG refuses.
