Synopsis
Homeowner Martin D'Agostino of Swampscott, Massachusetts receives a visit from Tom who knows him how to repair and replace his rotting deck balusters. Then Tom, Richard, Roger and Kevin ask, ""What Is It?"" in the Ask This Old House loft. Afterwards, Richard heads off to Salem, Massachusetts to hook up a refrigerator's ice-maker and water dispenser for homeowner Joe Cole.
