CHI intercepted some illegal immigrants and is praised by YUEN and the Chief Inspector CHAN. The head of Hung Ying KUEN’s daughter WING sets up some prostitution institutes right next to TUNG’s territory. TUNG finds WING stealing his customers deliberately. KUEN orders TUNG and WING draw a borderline in the territories. TUNG objects to KUEN’s decision which protects WING. He expands his business and sends out promotion leaflets. YUEN is pregnant again. She, FUNG and their daughter SA are all waiting for the newborn. The police organize an anti-prostitution operation ‘Burning Rose’, which involves Special Task Force, Regional Crime Unit and is led by Organized Crime and Triad Superintendent KEN to fight against TUNG’s prostitution business.
