Synopsis
Stan hunts for an ex-KGB agent but can't find him--until he moves in next door. And Steve is building a rocket for a school science project, but can't get it to work--until he gets some help from his new next-door neighbor. Meanwhile, Roger and Klaus head off on a European vacation.

In the television episode Red October Sky, Stan is on the hunt for an ex-KGB agent. He is initially unable to find the agent until the man moves in right next door. Meanwhile, Steve is building a rocket for a school science project, but he cannot get the rocket to work until he receives some help from their new next-door neighbor. In a separate storyline, Roger and Klaus head off on a European vacation together.
