Synopsis
North Wales couple Rebecca and Carl want to find their very own bolt hole in Gandia that will start as a holiday home but one day become a permanent home. With their children now grown up it’s the right time to make the move. Ideally they want enough land to grow their own fruit and veg and also to be near the beach so Rebecca can collect shells and stones that inspire her craft jewellery business. Jean Johansson has lined up 5 impressive options for their £80,000 budget but has she found the perfect one for them?
