The 1959 film A Female Boss follows the professional and personal journey of a woman named Yoanna who operates her own company. However, the narrative shifts as Yoanna becomes captivated by Yong-ho's masculine attitude. This change in perspective leads to a romantic development between the two characters, culminating in their marriage. Following the wedding, Yoanna chooses to resign from her professional position.
