Yukihiko Tsutsumi is a Japanese television and film director born on November 3, 1955, in Yokkaichi, Mie Prefecture, Japan. He began his career directing commercials and music promotion videos as an employee of Nippon Television. After spending time abroad, he returned to Japan and founded his own production company, Office Crescendo, to work independently. His first television drama on Nippon Television was Kora! Tonneruzu, which ran from 1985 to 1989. In 2007, he directed Taitei no Ken, an original work by Baku Yumemakura. Known primarily for directing, Tsutsumi has accumulated 110 known credits in the industry.
