Yugo Kochi was born on March 8, 1994, in Kanagawa, Japan, and is known for his acting work with forty-seven known credits. Although he had no initial plans to enter the entertainment industry, he joined Johnny and Associates in 2009 after winning an audition segment on the NTV variety program School Kakumei, where he was selected from over one thousand three hundred contestants to become a regular cast member. He made his acting debut as Makoto Jinbo in Shiritsu Bakaleya Koukou, which premiered on April 14, 2012. In May 2015, he became a member of the boy group SixTONES. The group announced its upcoming CD debut on August 8, 2019, and officially debuted on January 22, 2020, with the single Imitation Rain.
