Walter Emanuel Jones is an American actor, dancer, and singer born on November 30, 1966, in Detroit, Michigan. He is internationally known for his portrayal of the character Zack, the original Black Power Ranger from the children's show Mighty Morphin Power Rangers, which premiered in 1993. Jones has been featured as a series regular or guest star in numerous television shows and several films. His television credits include appearances in the police drama The Shield, the drama series C.S.I., and the comedy series Moesha. In addition to his on-screen work, Jones works regularly as a voice actor, lending his voice to radio, television, film, and video games. His film credits also include Malcolm X.
