Biography

Julie Ellen Tawny Kitaen was an American actress, model, and media personality who lived from August 5, 1961, until May 7, 2021. Her acting career began in television with roles in the films Malibu in 1983 and California Girls in 1985. She also starred in the 1984 comedies The Perils of Gwendoline in the Land of the Yik-Yak and Bachelor Party, as well as the 1986 horror film Witchboard. Kitaen gained widespread recognition for her appearances in various heavy metal music videos, including Ratt’s Back for More in 1984 and Whitesnake’s Still of the Night, Is This Love, and Here I Go Again in 1987. During the 2000s, Kitaen transitioned into roles on reality television series.
