Skeet Ulrich is an American actor born Bryan Ray Trout on January 20, 1970, in Lynchburg, Virginia, USA. He is known for his roles in popular 1990s films, including Scream, The Craft, and As Good as It Gets. Since 2017, he has starred as Forsythe Pendleton "F.P." Jones II on The CW's Riverdale. He reprised the role of Billy in the sequels Scream and Scream VI. Ulrich's other television roles include Johnston Jacob "Jake" Green Jr. in Jericho, and LAPD Detective Rex Winters in the Law & Order franchise. He has 63 known credits in acting and is also known as Bryan Ray Trout.
