Sinjai Plengpanich, born January 21, 1965 in Bangkok, Thailand, is a Thai actress and former model. She began her career as a model before moving into acting, appearing in numerous Thai television dramas (lakorns), feature films and stage productions. She is also known by the name Sinjai Hongthai. In 2007 she starred in the critically acclaimed film The Love of Siam and participated in a revival of the musical Banlang Mek. She is married to fellow actor Chatchai Plengpanich and the couple have three children—a son Gun, a son Bom and a daughter Dom. Her career includes over 70 credited roles.
