Biography
Shingo Katori is a Japanese actor, singer, television host, and radio personality. He was the youngest member of the boy band SMAP. Following the group's disbandment at the end of 2016, Katori pursued a solo career. In 2017, he left his agency, Johnny and Associates, alongside fellow SMAP members Goro Inagaki and Tsuyoshi Kusanagi. The three men subsequently joined the Japanese talent agency CULEN. On September 22, 2017, they launched a project called atarashiichizu, or New Map, which serves as a common fan site supported by various Japanese creators. Since the launch of this project, Katori has expanded his professional activities into artistic fields.
