Sandara Park, also known mononymously as Dara, is a South Korean singer, actress, and television presenter. She is widely known as a member of the k-pop girl group 2NE1. She rose to fame in the Philippines as a contestant on the talent show Star Circle Quest in 2004, and subsequently pursued a successful acting and singing career before returning to South Korea in 2007. Born in Busan, South Korea, on November 12, 1984, she is active in the acting field with numerous known credits. Her filmography includes works such as Maalaala mo kaya, Dolahon Iljimae, and D'Lucky Ones. She is also known by the names Sandy Park and various other aliases.
