Roxanne Tong Lok-man is a Hong Kong actress. She was born in Hong Kong, British Crown Colony, on May 6, 1987. Also known as Tong Lok Man Roxanne, she is known for her work in acting with twenty-eight known credits. In 2012, she won the Tourism Ambassador Award in the 2012 Miss Hong Kong Pageant. She is the niece of actor Kent Tong Chun-yip.
