Ren Nagase
Biography
Ren Nagase is a Japanese actor, singer, and idol. He is a member of the idol group King and Prince, with whom he made his CD debut in May 2018 with the single Cinderella Girl. Nagase joined the talent agency Johnny and Associates on April 3, 2011, beginning his career as a Kansai Junior. He made his acting debut in the 2013 television drama Nobunaga's Chef. His first lead role in a film was in the 2019 production According to Our Butler. In January 2021, Nagase received the 44th Japan Academy Award for Best New Actor for his performance in the film Yowamushi Pedal. He also appeared at the 69th Kohaku Uta Gassen.
