Peter Gould is an American television writer, director, and producer who was born in New York City, New York, United States on January 1, 1952. He worked on all five seasons of the AMC drama Breaking Bad, receiving four Writers Guild of America Award nominations for his work on the series. Following the conclusion of Breaking Bad, Gould and series creator Vince Gilligan co-created and co-showran the spinoff series Better Call Saul. Gould subsequently became the sole showrunner of Better Call Saul after Gilligan departed the writers room. Throughout his television career, he has accumulated twenty-two known credits in production.
