Her first acting experience occurred in the fifth grade when she acted as a street caster, after which she became film-oriented. She is best known for her leading role as Eun Hee in the 2018 critically acclaimed film House of Hummingbird, which was released in 2019 and brought her public recognition. For her performance in the film, she won the Best Actress Award at the Tribeca Film Festival and also received the New Actress Award at the Yeongpyeong Awards, establishing recognition for her acting skills.
