Nicki Whitely is a Toronto-based actor who was born in Hamilton, Ontario, Canada on August 14, 1990, and became an ACTRA member at age 11. She trained at the Neptune Theatre School in Halifax. Her television credits include Workin’ Moms on CBC, Conviction on ABC, Cardinal, and a recurring role on The Strain on FX. She also appeared in the television movie Betty and Coretta on Lifetime, in which she played Attalah Shabazz, the eldest daughter of slain civil rights leader Malcolm X. She is the daughter of Neil Whitely.
