He is known for his roles in various films and television shows, including Dumplin', Still the King, Life of the Party, Ravenswood, Good Luck Charlie, Dear John, Minutemen, How to Eat Fried Worms, and We Were Soldiers. He has also appeared in Mostly Ghostly: Who Let the Ghosts Out? and Because of Winn-Dixie. At age 7, he appeared in Martina McBride's music video for Concrete Angel, marking one of his early appearances in the entertainment industry.
