Lucie Désirée Arnaz Luckinbill is an American actress and singer who was born on July 17, 1951, in Hollywood, Los Angeles, California. She is the daughter of television legends and actors Lucille Ball and Desi Arnaz, and she is the older sister of actor and musician Desi Arnaz Jr. Lucie Arnaz appeared from an early age on her mother television shows and was prominently featured as Lucille Ball daughter in Here is Lucy from 1968 to 1974. She later branched out into television roles independent of her family starting in the mid-1970s. Her career includes appearances in television films and specials, such as playing Elizabeth Short in the NBC telefilm Who is the Black Dahlia? in 1975.

In 1978, she appeared in further television work. Throughout her career, she has accumulated a large number of known credits in acting across film and television.
