Her father is director Boris Sagal and her stepmother is Marge Champion. Sagal has twin sister Jean Sagal and notable siblings in the industry, including older sister Katey Sagal and brother Joey Sagal. Another sibling, David Sagal, is an attorney married to actress McNally Sagal.
