Oscar Alberto Cruz, also known as Lito Cruz, was an Argentine film, theater, and television actor and theater director. Born in Berisso, Buenos Aires, Argentina on May 14, 1941, he began performing in local theaters at the age of 15 in 1941 in the working-class La Plata suburb of Berisso. After graduating from a La Plata secondary school, he pursued his calling in the growing independent theatre scene in La Plata. He was a winner of the Martín Fierro award. Known for acting with fifty-two known credits, his film and television work includes Mujeres asesinas, Caiga quien caiga - CQC, and Epitafy. He passed away on December 18, 2017 at the age of 76.
