Biography
Kotoe Hatsui (January 8, 1929 – September 21, 1990) was a Japanese actress and voice actress. She was born in Yokohama, Kanagawa Prefecture. She graduated from Aoba Jissen Girls' High School and the Academy of Performing Arts. She was formerly a member of the Seinenza theater company. Her husband was actor Fumito Yamano (from 1970 to 1990).
