Kostas Hatzichristos, also known as Costas Hajihristos, was a Greek actor born in Thessaloniki, Greece, on January 1, 1921. He was the eleventh of thirteen children born to parents from Constantinople. His family relocated from Kavala to Thessaloniki and eventually to Pagkrati, a northern suburb of Athens. Hatzichristos studied at the Sergeants Major Military School of Syros and completed his studies in Kavala. His professional experience includes working at the Missouri variety theatre in Piraeus and with the Nitsa Gaitanaki company, where he performed in The Grouch by Dimitris Psat. He is credited with 75 known credits. Hatzichristos died on October 3, 2001, at the age of 80.
