By the age of 11, she had achieved success as a child model with Ford Models and performed in multiple Broadway shows. At the age of 13, she was cast in her most notable film as teen witch Marnie Piper in the Disney Channel Original Movie Halloweentown, a role she reprised in the Halloweentown series. Her other known acting roles include Marah Lewis number three on The Guiding Light, which earned her an Emmy nomination, Annie Wheaton in the Stephen King-written miniseries Rose Red, and Sarah Sanderson in Bringing Down the House.
