Kim Tae-Jeong was a Korean taekwondo stylist who began his acting career in the late 1970s. He was discovered by Raymond Chow, who sought a "double" to replace the late Bruce Lee in the film Game of Death. Kim Tae-Jeong was selected for this role due to his taekwondo skills, which he would later utilize in various fight scenes throughout his career.

Kim Tae-Jeong's acting credits include the films Game of Death and Tower of Death, in which he played the role of Bruce Lee's "brother" and also served as his double. His fight scenes, particularly the one against fellow Korean Hwang Jang-Lee, are considered among his best. In 1985, Kim Tae-Jeong was selected by Corey Yuen to play the ghost of Bruce Lee in the Hong Kong-U.S. crossover film No Retreat, No Surrender. However, his voice was dubbed by a voice actor due to his limited English proficiency.

Kim Tae-Jeong's acting career spanned at least eight films, during which he gained recognition for his taekwondo skills and fight choreography. He was born on June 5, 1957, in Seoul, South Korea, and passed away on August 27, 2011, at the age of 54.
