Katherine Lau Ying-Hung, also known as Sister Liu, is a Hong Kong singer and actress born on July 16, 1955. Formerly known as Hu Kouqin, she adopted the stage name Liu Yinghong early in her career before returning to the name Liu Yinghong in the 1980s. Her professional career in the entertainment industry spans several decades, with records indicating she was active between 1973 and 1997. She joined the Li's TV artist training class in 1977 and later joined TVB in 1986. After stepping away from the industry in 1995, she returned to Asian TV in 2006 to appear in A Small Story in a Big City and later filmed the mainland drama Dahan Xianwei Zifu in 2014.

Throughout her career, Lau has appeared in various film and television productions. Her filmography includes credits such as Dragon Bruce Lee, Part II, released in 1981, Crocodile Evil from 1985, It's a Mad, Mad, Mad World III from 1989, and Full Throttle in 1995.
