Karoline Schuch
Biography
Karoline Schuch is a German actress. From 2000 to 2002, she played the role of "Lara" in the series Verbotene Liebe. This was followed by appearances in other productions, including the Cologne-based Tatort series, in which she has played the daughter (Melanie) of Commissioner Freddy Schenk since 2001. Since then, Karoline Schuch has appeared regularly in television and feature film productions—for instance, as "Princess Paula" in the fairy tale adaptation Das tapfere Schneiderlein and, in 2009, in Til Schweiger's Zweiohrküken. In the film adaptation of Bushido's biography, titled Zeiten ändern Dich, Schuch portrayed the rapper's girlfriend. In 2011, she appeared on screen in the feature films Puppe, Icke & der Dicke and Mann tut was Mann kann. In 2012, she played a leading role in Til Schweiger's film Schutzengel. In 2017, she starred in the title role of the TV movie Katharina Luther, broadcast on ARD's main channel.
