Johnny Wang Lung-Wei is a Hong Kong martial artist, actor, director, producer, and action choreographer. Born on July 14, 1949, in Hong Kong, British Crown Colony, he has starred in over 80 kung fu films, primarily for Shaw Brothers Studios. Wang's first Shaw Brothers film role was in the Chang Cheh-directed film Five Shaolin Masters, where he played the traitor Ma Fu Yi. He was often cast as the villain in his movies, with Martial Club being a notable exception. Wang has also worked behind the camera, choreographing fight scenes, writing, and directing several films, including Hong Kong Godfather.
