She graduated from Dongguk University with a major in Theater and Film and began her acting career in 1997. Her television credits include the dramas One Dollar Lawyer, Mr. Queen, and One the Woman. Her film appearances include The Houseguest and My Mother, Someone Behind You, and Veteran. In 2010, she received the Rookie of the Year Award at the 3rd Korean Drama Awards.
