Biography
Jiang Wenli was born into a family with an interest in literature and art, with a father who worked as a railroad engineer and a mother employed as a railroad telephone operator. During her childhood, her father encouraged her to engage with famous books, paintings, and music. At the age of five, she developed an ambition to become a gymnast. Although she studied dance and gymnastics, she did not meet the physical standards required to become a formal member of the Bengbu city gymnastic team. Despite this, she spent five years training as an informal member of the team. At the age of 17, she took the college entrance examination.
