Huang Zhizhong is a Chinese actor born on March 5, 1969, in Tianjin. Prior to his acting career, he was a basketball player and later worked as a machinist fitter in a Tianjin Textile manufacturing factory. He also attended the Tianjin Trade union Academy for a short training. Huang then attended the Central Academy of Drama, graduating in 1995. He has since appeared in numerous TV dramas and films. Huang is known for his work in the historical TV series The Road We Have Taken, which aired in 2009. He is a male actor with a stage name of Huang Zhizhong, also known as Zhi-zhong Huang, Huang Zhi-zhong, and 황.
