Hikaru Shida is a Japanese professional wrestler, martial artist, actress, and model born on June 11, 1988, in Samukawa, Kanagawa, Japan. Known professionally by her stage name 志田光 and alternate name Hikaru Hika☆Rushi-da Kan, she has accumulated 50 known credits focusing primarily on acting within her extensive media background. Shida is signed to All Elite Wrestling, where she has achieved championship success as a three-time AEW Women's World Champion and a one-time AEW TBS Champion.
Career overview
Hikaru Shida began her career after starring in the wrestling film Three Count and subsequently making her professional wrestling debut for Ice Ribbon in 2008. During her time with Ice Ribbon, she captured the ICE×60 Championship and became a five-time International Ribbon Tag Team Champion. She later established herself as a prominent freelance wrestler in Japan, earning additional title reigns in Pro Wrestling Wave, Oz Academy, and Sendai Girls' Pro Wrestling to further elevate her profile in the sport. In 2019, Shida joined All Elite Wrestling as one of the promotion's original roster members and became its longest-reigning champion.
