Hazal Kaya is a Turkish actress and model born on October 1, 1990, in Istanbul, Turkey. She completed her primary education at Gaziosmanpaşa Elementary School and graduated from Liceo Italiano di Istanbul in 2009. Kaya studied at Istanbul Bilgi University. Her parents are lawyers who divorced when she was seven years old. She became interested in acting at a young age and took ballet and violin lessons for seven years. Kaya's acting career began with the TV series Genco, followed by roles in Aşk-ı Memnu and Adını Feriha Koydum.
