Hande Erçel is a Turkish actress and model born on November 24, 1993. She attended Mimar Sinan Fine Arts University and began her career as a model, winning the title of Miss Turkey in 2012. Her acting debut was in the television series The Wren, where she played the role of Zahide. Erçel gained prominence for her portrayal of Selin Yılmaz in the series Güneşin Kızları, winning the Rising Star of the Year award at the Golden Butterfly Awards. Her filmography includes roles in Aşk Laftan Anlamaz, Sen Çal Kapımı, and Bambaşka Biri. She is recognized as one of the highest-paid actresses in Turkey and has maintained an interest in theatre since her school days.
