Hailee Steinfeld
Biography
Hailee Steinfeld, born December 11, 1996, is an American actress and singer. She gained widespread recognition for her breakthrough role in the 2010 western film True Grit, which earned her nominations for an Academy Award, a BAFTA Award, a Critics' Choice Movie Award, and an Actor Award. She appeared in She's a Fox (2009) early in her career. Steinfeld starred in Ender's Game (2013), Begin Again (2013), and the Pitch Perfect film series (2015–2017). Her other notable film roles include The Edge of Seventeen (2016) and Bumblebee (2018). She voiced Gwen Stacy in Spider-Man: Into the Spider-Verse (2018) and its sequel (2023), and portrayed Vi in the Netflix series Arcane (2021–2024). Steinfeld also starred as Emily Dickinson in the Apple TV+ series Dickinson.
