Gerardo Preciado
Biography
Gerardo Preciado is a Mexican filmmaker, musician, and comic book creator, born on August 18, 1979, in Chihuahua, Mexico. He is known for directing and producing films such as Narco Shark (2023) and its sequel Narco Sharks (2025), with work ongoing on Narco Shark 3 and additional installments in the "Narco Shark Home Video Universe." Under the name Ancient Order of the Droids, he creates electronic music, often soundtracks to imaginary horror films. Preciado also co-creates and writes for independent comic labels Moonhead Press and Old Skull Comics, producing stories across genres including horror. His early acting credits include roles in Mexican telenovelas such as "Clap...El lugar de tu amor," "Rebelde," and "La madrastra."
