François-Xavier Demaison is a French actor and humorist born on 22 September 1973 in Asnières-sur-Seine. His parents were both lawyers. He studied theater but dropped out to pursue an economics degree, which he graduated with in 1998 from the Sciences Po in Paris. Demaison worked as an auditor and later in international taxation before changing his career path. He is known for his acting work, with a total of 111 credits.

This traumatic event led him to reconsider his career path.
