Ismet Ekin Koç is a Turkish actor and musician born on June 21, 1992, in Antalya, Turkey. He left Antalya to study Business Administration in English at Istanbul Bilgi University and pursued online sociology education. His feature film debut was in Senden Bana Kalan, an adaptation of the Korean movie A Millionaire's First Love. In this film, he played the main role of Özgür Arıca, earning an Ayhan Işık Special Award for his performance. Following this, he portrayed the one-eyed soldier Mehmed in the British film Ali and Nino, an adaptation of Kurban Said's 1937 novel that starred Maria Valverde and Adam Bakri and premiered at the Sundance Film Festival. He also starred in the film Bizim İçin: Şampiy.
