Moran became a popular pin-up girl by 1943, appearing on the cover of magazines such as Yank. She received supporting roles in films like Old Acquaintance (1943) with Bette Davis and To Have and Have Not (1944) alongside Humphrey Bogart and Lauren Bacall. Moran's subsequent films did little to further her career. She is known to have appeared in at least 18 films and passed away on February 5, 1982, at the age of 56.
