Diana Lin Xiaojie is a Chinese Australian actress. Born in Harbin, Heilongjiang Province, China, she began her career in China training as a singer with the Chinese Beijing Opera Company at the age of 14. She later moved to Shanghai and studied acting at the city's Theatre Academy. Lin took on film roles in China, including Shang Jie with the Pearl River Film Studio in Guangzhou. She migrated to Australia in the early 1990s and based herself in Sydney, where she appeared in the TV series Under The Skin. Lin is also known as Xiaojie Lin and has worked in the entertainment industry as an actress.
